Alexey Kuznetsov, a partner of LexKledere Consulting, took part in a roundtable discussion held by Delovoy Peterburg with the participation of bankruptcy trustees, bankers and lawyers to summarize the experience of applying in practice the amendments to the Bankruptcy Law that came into force in 2015. The participants discussed the current problems of applying the new bankruptcy mechanisms, taking into account the need to balance the interests of creditors, debtors and society.
