Practice of Labor and Migration Law

About Practice
Employee relations are a significant aspect of any business, and shortcomings in this area can lead to substantial losses. Moreover, employing foreign workers (either for the client's company or as domestic staff) often involves particular complexities.

Therefore, our firm combines two areas – labor and migration law – into a single practice.

Services :

• Labor compliance (audit of the correctness and adequacy of document processing in the HR department);
• Development of local regulations, codes of conduct, business ethics, etc.;
• Seminars for the client's HR department;
• Preparation for labor inspection checks and accompanying clients during such inspections;
• Resolution of labor disputes;
• Development of legal strategies for workforce optimization, including full support for redundancy procedures;
• Representation of the client's interests in interactions with labor unions, labor inspection, and migration services;
• Development of strategies for attracting foreign workers.

In 2022, we actively developed a new area in the migration practice – providing advice on obtaining residence permits and citizenship in other countries.
